TARGOSS™ platform is a backbone of a wide range of numerous independent applications. Its unique structure provides straightforward extendability for arbitrary customized solutions.
TARGOSS™ is a client-server application. It supports your daily work with a plurality of services such as data analyses, numerous graphics, tables and plots, which enable improved process control, and contribute to consolidated findings and decisions.
TARGOSS™ provides in-depth analyses of single fab and multi fab measurements, inspections and process data. All data can be recorded and retrieved in one data-base. Managers, engineers and operators benefit from monitoring single data as well as fab overall performance data. This data provides valuable information for characterizing a tool, a process or the fab performance status as requisite of reliable decisions and measures.
