ESCALATION | Escalation Management
May there be a machine malfunction, faulty process values or unexpected rejects, arbitrary events can be defined and linked to a corresponding chain of actions.
In case of an escalation of the monitored conditions (limit violations in control cards), i.e. by exceeding the tolerance or a negative trend development, a practically unlimited chain of actions and notifications will be activated and processed. The actions can be freely configured and include for instance:
- alarms on operating terminals
- light signals
- messaging via SMS/telephone
- activation of countermeasures.
Alarms can be classified like malfunctions and have different states (i.e. “detected”, “in process”, etc.).
