PERFORMANCE | Performance Analysis
The MES Performance Analysis performs a permanent comparison of targeted and actual process states based on defined indicators with which help it can be judged in how far the production process is within the performance limits. Thereby it is possible to react quickly to changes in the production process and to adjust and rectify faulty processes.
The performance analysis produces known indicators such as:
- OEE-Index (if the systems provide the necessary database)
- operation figures for the resource utilisation
- order processing times
The necessary actual values of the system (set-up time and downtime, total output, unplanned rejects) are taken over by the equipments or recorded manually.
