Overview

The system is able to load recipe data directly to the equipment. Dependencies can be based on different context:

• the product
• the equipment type
• a particular equipment ID (e.g. to apply calibration offsets)

When recipe data is changed during production at the equipment it can be uploaded to the central recipe database. On product change the MES can automatically apply a recipe change. This can be set up for each equipment type individually.
