Overview

PROCESS DESIGNER | Graphic Process Designer

The process administration happens with the aid of the Graphic Process Designer. It simplifies the conception, creation and review of productions routes. These can be saved, copied and reused as a basis for new conceptions. The Designer allows the user to link routes, to define alternative routes within a process, to provide product states with time limits, to assign processes with material lists and systems as well as to check the verisimilitude of created routes. Working processes can be hierarchically graduated, meaning that within a route definition complete routes can be stored as single processes.

The modeling is done on the basis of a company's individual manufacturing resources. Processes and stages will be placed by “Drag & Drop” on the configuration interface and linked to actions by arrows. Modifications are possible at any time and allow an easy comparison of different strategies and alternatives.

  • a process can be created intuitively via “Drag & Drop” and arrows
  • already created production routes can be:
  • - saved
  • - duplicated
  • - linked
  • - modified
  • usable processes and stages correspond to a company's individual production resources
  • several starting points and alternative routes within one process are possible
  • bills of materials can be stored
  • time limits for production conditions can be defined
