Overview

The Graphic Shopfloor Designer gives a graphic overview of the current conditions and productivity of the machines. The full view is based on the actual layout of workshops and thus allows an intuitive assignment of the displayed information to the actual workplace. The information is displayed automatically, up-to-date and in an individually chosen complexity.

• Shopfloor Designer can be layouted and individualised via a simple scripting language
• conditions can be visualised by a variety of graphic elements (a choice of pre-fabricated objects are available), i.e. icons, warning functions, liquid levels, tachometer, gradients and many more
• machine data (actual values) provided by the MDE module can be displayed per machine or machine network, i.e. machine and system conditions, standstills, failures, cycle times, quantities, rejects, qualities, machine times, material consumption, operator activities, other actual values
• data from other MES modules can be displayed per machine or machine network, i.e. escalation management, maintenance, tool data, operating figures, data from other MES modules
