TARGOSS™ RETICLE MANAGEMENT secures the availability of reticle sets and ports in the production. A permanently active monitoring of the reticles (timer, counter) controls the inspection cycles and if necessary, initiates the cleaning process.
For every reticle a trace history is produced. Additional information like Quality-Result-Sheets or Kerf-Design-Information are administrated and can be transferred to other applications.
Comprehensive statstics help to identify reticles with a high load to counteract in case of bottlenecks or unnecessary expensive overcapacities.
